(BOYL Specialist) through the process was also very help as they kept in communication with us on the progress of the build and happily answered any questions or concerns we had along the way. "We bought a spec house, our first NEW home and we are extremely happy! We have been in the house for a month and RVision has been amazing. The HOA wouldn't give me blank forms before our closing so I could get a jump on having a fence installed. Justin and Mandi not only got the forms but got the HOA approval for the fence for us before closing. I had a small issue and sent an email at 7am thinking someone would call me in the afternoon but no...I had a call back within 15 minutes. Building a pretty house is one thing but the outstanding customer service we have received means everything to the customer. These guys are awesome!"
